4. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited on LustPic:

LustPic has zero tolerance for content involving minors or non-consensual intimate material.

Content reasonably suspected of involving a minor, being non-consensual, or otherwise violating these Terms may be removed immediately and may be reported to the appropriate authorities where required by law.

5. Consent and Privacy

You must have the appropriate permission and legal rights to publish content depicting another person.

You must not upload or publish private, intimate, or otherwise unauthorized photographs or videos of another person.

If you are depicted in content on LustPic and believe that the content was published without your permission, you may contact us and request removal.

We may request information reasonably necessary to verify and process a removal request.

6. Content Removal

LustPic may remove, restrict, disable, or otherwise limit access to content that we believe:

  • Violates these Terms.
  • Violates applicable law.
  • Involves a person under 18.
  • Contains nudity or sexually explicit material.
  • Was published without appropriate consent.
  • Infringes intellectual-property rights.
  • Violates privacy or other legal rights.
  • Creates a security or legal risk.
  • Violates our Community Guidelines.

We may take action without prior notice where necessary to address serious violations, protect users, or comply with legal obligations.

7. Copyright

You may only upload or distribute content for which you have the necessary rights or authorization.

If you believe that content available on LustPic infringes your copyright, you may submit a copyright complaint containing sufficient information to identify the allegedly infringing material and establish your rights.
