DMCA & Copyright Policy

LustPic respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Website to do the same.

If you believe that copyrighted material has been uploaded, published, or made available on LustPic without authorization from the copyright owner or an authorized representative, you may submit a copyright infringement notice to us.

We will review properly submitted copyright complaints and take appropriate action where warranted.

1. Copyright Infringement Notice

If you are the copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner, you may submit a copyright infringement notice requesting that allegedly infringing material be removed or access to it be disabled.

Your notice should contain sufficient information for us to identify the copyrighted work and the allegedly infringing material.

Where applicable, please include:

  1. Your full legal name.
  2. Your email address and contact information.
  3. A description of the copyrighted work that you believe has been infringed.
  4. The URL or direct location of the allegedly infringing content on LustPic.
  5. A statement explaining your ownership of, or authorization to act regarding, the copyrighted work.
  6. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or applicable law.
  7. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, where required by applicable law, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  8. Your physical or electronic signature.

2. DMCA Notice

If the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) applies to your complaint, you may submit a notice intended to satisfy the requirements of 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3).

A DMCA notice should contain the information required by applicable law.

3. What Happens After a Valid Notice

After receiving a sufficiently detailed copyright complaint, LustPic may:

  • Review the complaint.
  • Locate the identified material.
  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material where appropriate.
  • Notify the relevant user where appropriate.
  • Take additional action where required by applicable law.

Submitting a copyright complaint does not guarantee that content will automatically be removed. We may request additional information when necessary to evaluate the complaint.

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of a copyright complaint and you believe the removal was made in error, you may submit a counter-notification where applicable under the DMCA or other applicable law.

A counter-notification should generally identify:

  • The material that was removed or disabled and its previous location.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, where required.
  • A statement consenting to applicable jurisdiction and service of process where required by the DMCA.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Where applicable, we may forward a valid counter-notification to the original complainant and handle it in accordance with the DMCA and applicable law.

5. Repeat Infringers

LustPic may, where appropriate and at its discretion, suspend or terminate accounts or access for users who repeatedly infringe copyright or other intellectual-property rights.

We may also take other appropriate measures permitted by applicable law.

6. False or Misleading Claims

Copyright complaints should only be submitted by copyright owners or persons legally authorized to act on their behalf.

Knowingly submitting false, fraudulent, or materially misleading copyright claims may result in legal consequences.

LustPic reserves the right to take appropriate action against abuse of the copyright-reporting process.

7. Copyright Complaints Concerning User-Uploaded Content

If content was uploaded by a LustPic user, please provide the specific URL or other information that allows us to identify the material.

General complaints without enough information to locate the allegedly infringing material may delay our ability to investigate the complaint.

8. Other Content Complaints

This DMCA Policy concerns copyright infringement.

If your concern involves:

  • Privacy violations
  • Impersonation
  • Harassment
  • Content involving a minor
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery
  • Illegal content
  • Trademark infringement
  • Other legal violations

please contact us through our main contact address rather than submitting a copyright notice unless your complaint genuinely concerns copyright infringement.

9. Content Involving Minors

If you encounter content that appears to involve a person under 18 in a sexual or intimate context, do not download, copy, redistribute, or otherwise share the material.

Report it to LustPic immediately through our main contact address.
